A designer who takes the time to listen to our needs, likes and dislikes. 2. Someone who works closely with the builder so there are no surprises. 3. Study sketches play a crucial role in the initial conceptual design phase for two key reasons. Firstly, they allow for the evolution of ideas to take place, and secondly, they provide a clear direction for the client to visualize their ideas taking shape on paper. Moreover, creating study sketches is an art form that I enjoy because it's an interpretation of emotions through form. Above all, it serves as a time capsule of the moment being created.

As a designer, my goal is to create a realistic "what-if" scenario that includes color, light, textures, and materials, so that the client can visualize and experience it. These 3D renders explore different views of the entire home, landscape, and home function, taking into account natural forces such as sunrise and sunset. Ultimately, 3D renders help our clients better understand the feel, shape, masses, orientation, and placement of their home in the design.
